270 km prepared trails through romantic woods and meadows, snow-shoewalking or just winter walking on well prepared paths. Horsesledgetours are offered right outside your apartement, toboggan-trails are nearby, to the ski-arena "Seefeld" only 12 km, for shopping it's only 3,5 km (Leutasch), Innsbruck can be reached in a half-an-hour-trip by car.
Although the streets are always cleaned from snow we recommend to bring your snow-chains for your car with.
